SUI Monthly Analysis — A 0.6354 Double Bottom Filled Its 0.9302 Count: The 0.8873 Retrace Decides 1.0428 or 0.7828

SUI filled the 0.9302 count of its 0.6354 double bottom at September's high and gave 22.8% back in October. The 0.8873 retrace now decides 1.0428 or 0.7828.

SUI monthly close chart, 10 months to November 2026: 0.6354 double bottom, 0.7828 neckline, September spike to 1.2947 and the 0.8873 retrace that now contains the October close
Loading SUI candles…

SUI did in September what no other month in its history had done: it closed 48.7% above a completed neckline. A 0.6354 double bottom, the 0.7828 July pivot, a 1.2947 spike on the heaviest month of volume since November 2024 — and then October gave 30.5% of that high back and closed at 0.8994, -22.8% lower on the month. November is two sessions old at 0.9045.

A base 0.0160 wide

June's low was 0.6514, August's was 0.6354: 0.0160 points apart, 2.52%. July printed a 0.7828 high between them, which makes the neckline. The purge that built it was brutal — May's 1.4223 high down to 0.6354 is 55.3% — and the two monthly closes at the lows (0.6906 in June, 0.7270 in August) refused to confirm the damage.

The breakout month was enormous: September opened 0.7269, closed 1.1643 and printed 1.2947 on 2.90B of volume, the heaviest month since November 2024. That candle reads as accumulation, not distribution.

The 0.9302 count is filled, not pending

The base's measured move is 0.7828 plus the 0.1474 base — 0.9302. September overshot it by 39.2%. October closed 0.8994: 3.31% under the projection, but 14.9% above the neckline. In a healthy post-breakout consolidation that is exactly what the first pullback looks like; on a failed breakout it is the first leg down. The count being filled means 0.9302 is no longer a target for anyone who bought the base — it is now a level to reclaim.

0.8873 is not a round number

Two independent constructions land on one price. The 0.6354 to 1.2947 leg is 0.6593 points and its 0.618 retrace is 0.8873. The rail from January 2025's 5.3687 all-time high through September's 1.2947 slopes -0.2037 a month and projects 0.8873 at this candle. Two methods, one line — and October closed 1.4% above it, with spot now 1.9% over it.

October's low went to 0.8277, a 70.8% retrace that pierced the 0.618 by 6.7% intra-month and still closed back above it. A wick through a level that closes back above it is information: the stops under 0.8873 were taken, and the level held on the only print that counts.

What the next two monthly closes have to do

Up: hold 0.8873 into a monthly close, reclaim 0.9302, and the 0.382 at 1.0428 is the first real test. There is no monthly close anywhere between October's 0.8994 and September's 1.1643 — a 29.5% gap with nothing in it — so a reclaim of 0.9302 can travel to 1.0428 without meeting supply that was ever bought. Down: a monthly close under 0.8873 gives 0.8277 and then the 0.7828 neckline, where the whole base either holds or is cancelled.

I lean mildly long while monthly closes stay above 0.8873 — call it 55/45 toward 1.0428 — because two clean monthly closes sit under the base and September was accumulation. That read dies on a monthly close below 0.7828; under it the 0.786 at 0.7765 sits almost exactly on the neckline itself and the real target is the floor at 0.6354.

0.8873 is where a 0.618 and a 22-month rail meet. Hold it and this is a post-breakout base; lose it on a monthly close and it is a 60% spike that round-tripped.

Every level here is a real monthly print: 1.2947 (index 40), 0.6354 (39), 0.7828 (38), 0.6514 (37), 1.2655 (41) and the 5.3687 all-time high (20). The 0.382, 0.5 and 0.618 and the 0.9302 count are arithmetic on those prints; the rail uses two anchors only.
