Palazzo Mezzanotte, the historic Milan Stock Exchange building — Pendle's tokenized stock dividend markets and fixed-yield USDG on Robinhood Chain

Pendle spent September turning a yield-trading protocol into a distribution business. Fixed-yield markets for tokenized stock dividends opened on Robinhood Chain, the network attached to a retail brokerage, and the protocol's Monad deployment now holds more liquidity than every Pendle market on Arbitrum combined. PENDLE traded at $2.408 at the time of writing, up 17.8% over 30 days and 148% above the April low of $0.969.

The chart has already done the easy part: a 2.798 September high, a pullback that stopped four cents short of the 0.786 retrace, and six sessions of higher lows inside a 29-cent box. What comes next is a question about two prices, not about the story.

Eight Live Markets On A Retail Brokerage Chain

Pendle's market API listed eight active markets on Robinhood Chain on October 6. The line-up is not a token test: NVDA matures on October 15 with an implied yield of 7.30%, PFE on December 10 at 5.90%, the short-Treasury market sGOV on November 19 at 5.00% and the T-bill-backed stablecoin USDG on March 25, 2027 at 3.28%, alongside three newer pools — SHROOM on October 8, sNET on October 15 and ORBIO at 4.32% and 13.00% across two maturities. The full list is live on Pendle's market page.

Liquidity is still small next to the protocol's core venues. The deepest Robinhood Chain market, SHROOM, held $325,130 at the time of writing, ahead of sNET at $181,806, NVDA at $107,114 and the USDG market at $106,953. DefiLlama recorded $884,577 of Pendle TVL on the chain, up from $398,163 on September 30. The point of the deployment is distribution rather than depth: tokenized dividends now settle on rails a mainstream brokerage audience already uses.

The mechanism itself is the one Pendle has run since 2021. A yield-bearing asset is split into a principal token that pays a fixed return to maturity and a yield token that carries the variable side, and both halves trade separately. Applied to an equity, the principal token is a share bought at a discount and the yield token is leveraged exposure to its dividend.

Monad Is Now The Second-Largest Pendle Deployment

Monad, where Pendle launched this year and reached the network's top five by TVL in under a month, held $204.6M of Pendle liquidity on October 6, according to DefiLlama. That is more than Arbitrum's $180.9M and second only to Ethereum's $741.9M. Sixty days ago the same chain held $159.2M.

Its ten active markets are led by a sUSDe pool with $22.2M of liquidity at an implied 5.12%, then the relisted AUSD market maturing December 17 with $3.13M at 5.35%. That AUSD pool swapped a reward system that diluted as it grew for one that scales with TVL up to $200M. Pendle said the earlier AUSD market peaked near $160M and held more than 78% of the stablecoin's supply.

The Token That Funds Itself

Pendle's emissions are down 93% year to date, and for every PENDLE the protocol spends it buys back 10.4 from the open market: 0.2% annual inflation against a 2% annual buyback rate. Roughly 36% of supply is staked and 93% of staking wallets have never unstaked. The Morpho vault that allocates into Pendle principal tokens passed $75M in deposits and pays 6.66%.

Boros, the product that turns perpetual funding rates into something traders can buy or hedge, has cleared more than $14B in cumulative volume since launching in August 2025, with users up 50% this year. The roadmap points the same way: a curation layer that lets outside teams list their own markets, Pendle-branded vaults with Morpho, and tokenized ETFs and single-bond products with New York RWA issuers. Every new market adds fee flow to the buyback, and the protocol posts its own numbers in its weekly notes.

Two Lines Decide The Rest

The September impulse ran from 2.144 on September 16 to 2.798 on September 21. The 0.618 retrace sits at 2.394 and the 0.786 at 2.284; the October 1 low printed 2.288, four cents above the deeper level. Since then PENDLE has held a box between 2.306 and 2.594 — the October 5 high — on a run of higher lows from 2.288 through 2.405.

Trend structure leans up: price trades about 13% above the 50-day average at 2.1262 and 50% above the 200-day at 1.6027, though still 3% under the 20-day at 2.4825. ATR(14) is 0.1762, or 7.3% of price, and RSI(14) reads 53.5. The October 6 session had traded 616,690 PENDLE against a 20-day average of 2.31M — 0.27x, with the daily candle still open.

Bull case: a daily close above 2.594 opens 2.644, then the September 28 high at 2.693 and the 2.798 yearly high, with the box's own 0.288 height projecting 2.882. A close back under 2.394 invalidates it.

Bear case: losing 2.394 on a close sends PENDLE to 2.327, then the box floor at 2.306 and the October 1 low at 2.288; below that sit the 0.786 at 2.284 and the 2.144 September 16 low. A close back above 2.594 invalidates it.

The catalyst side is already the product of months of work rather than a single headline, which is why the two lines carry more information than the narrative. 2.594 says the distribution story is being bought; 2.394 says the market wants to see the next set of markets before it pays up.
