ETH Daily Analysis — A 2,392.96 Count 94% Filled and Five Rising Lows Back at the 0.382: The 2,635 Line Decides 2,777 or 2,406
ETH's 2,807/2,600 distribution left a 2,392.96 count that went 94% filled at 2,406.11. Five rising lows have retaken the 0.382 — 2,635 decides 2,777 or 2,406.

Ethereum printed 2,406.11 on 8 October, 131.95 points under the previous session's low and the deepest print since 16 September. The number that makes that low worth a chart is 2,392.96: the measured count of the 2,807.34 / 2,600.15 distribution. The market missed it by 13.15 points — 93.7% of the way through a completed pattern, and no further.
Five sessions later the closes are 2,474.80, 2,487.70, 2,506.52, 2,536.94 and 2,575.00 today, with the lows climbing 2,406.11, 2,471.05, 2,486.03, 2,497.85 and 2,533.77. The 0.382 retracement of the flush at 2,559.38 was cleared today by 15.62, and the close is the first above the fifty-day mean at 2,558.97 since 7 October.

A Count That Was Never Paid
The 21 September top at 2,807.34 came on 573,090 ETH, 1.88x the average of the twenty sessions before it and the heaviest print of the whole window. Six swing highs followed, every one of them under the top: 2,789.00, 2,743.00, 2,724.12, 2,748.60, 2,777.33 and 2,739.50, with a 6 October print at 2,725.13. The whole sequence stayed within 83.22 points of the high.
The floor those highs sat on was 2,600.15, the 24 September low. 2,807.34 minus 2,600.15 is 207.19 points, projected to 2,392.96. The 8 October candle opened 2,574.15, printed 2,406.11 and closed 68.69 back above its own low on 421,749 ETH, 1.70x the twenty-day average. That is the difference between a pattern that completed and one that ran out of sellers nine tenths of the way home.

Walking the Retracement Rungs
The flush from 2,807.34 to 2,406.11 is 401.23 points tall: 0.236 at 2,500.80, 0.382 at 2,559.38, 0.5 at 2,606.73, 0.618 at 2,654.07 and 0.786 at 2,721.48.
Price has walked them from the bottom. The 0.236 held four sessions on lows of 2,471.05, 2,486.03, 2,497.85 and 2,533.77. The 0.382 at 2,559.38 is a level the market already knows: the fifty-day mean at 2,558.97 sits 0.41 under it, Saturday's high of 2,555.22 stopped 4.16 short, and today's close of 2,575.00 finished 15.62 above the pair.
The 2,635 Line Is the Whole Argument
Between the market and the highs of the distribution sits the reclaim line: 2,635.39 on 23 September and 2,635.69 on 28 September, two lows 0.30 apart that were the floor of the September distribution before the flush took them both out. It is the first structure over the market — 28.66 above the 0.5 at 2,606.73 and 18.38 under the 0.618 at 2,654.07.
That band is the argument. A close above 2,635.69 turns the 2,406.11 low into a sweep of the count rather than the first leg of something lower, and opens the 2,721.48 rung and the 21 September top at 2,807.34 — 171.65 points higher, a distance a 2.94% daily range can cover in a week of ordinary sessions.
The bear case is narrower. Under today's 2,533.77 the five-session floor is broken, and 2,497.85 and 2,471.05 are the next lows in the sequence. Below them the 8 October low at 2,406.11 and the 2,392.96 count come back into play, with the 15 September low at 2,358.88 underneath both.
Momentum Has Not Caught Up
RSI(14) at 38.1 is still under the midline, so nothing here has been ratified by momentum. ATR(14) at 75.63 is 2.94% of spot, which puts the 33.62 points to the 0.5 and the 62.58 to the reclaim line inside one ordinary session each.
Volume says the same thing. Today's 69,600 ETH is a 0.28x pace against the twenty-day average of 248,785, while the two flush sessions printed 436,408 and 421,749. The twenty-day mean at 2,642.60 is still 69.49 above the market and is the last reference before the reclaim line, which makes the 2,558.97 – 2,642.60 band the whole battlefield.
A 207.19-point count that stopped 13.15 short, six swing highs below a top made on 1.88x volume, and five rising lows back at the 0.382. Above 2,635.69 this reads as a sweep of the count; under 2,533.77 it reads as a pause.
