AVAX Daily Analysis — A 12.008 Spike on 2.19x Volume and Seven Sessions of Coiling: The 10.732 Floor Decides 11.802 or 10.197
AVAX coiled seven sessions between a four-touch 10.732 floor and an 11.267 ceiling after a 12.008 spike on 2.19x volume, poking 11.400. 11.802 or 10.197.

Avalanche is trading at 11.222 in the opening hours of the 6 October session, 6.5% under the 12.008 high of 29 September and 47.5% above its level a month ago. Today's range is 0.293, 2.61% of spot, on 1,937,253 AVAX in the first seven hours — roughly 1.1x a normal full-session pace against the 20-day average of 5,755,221. The level that matters is 10.732: the floor of a seven-session coil, touched at 10.732, 10.764 and 10.792, which is also where the 0.618 retracement of the whole impulse sits.
A 2.19x Volume Spike That Closed 1.672 Off Its High
The 29 September session opened 10.617, printed 12.008 and closed 11.436 on 10,479,523 AVAX — 2.19x the 20-day average of 4,792,571 and the heaviest tape since 20 September's 14.36 million. That candle still gave back 1.672 from its high, and it was the second rejection of the same region: the 21 September session had already printed 11.799 and closed 0.568 under it. A new high that closes 14% off the print is a spike, not a trend leg, and seven sessions later nothing has traded within 0.52 of 12.008.

Seven Sessions Between 10.732 and 11.267
What followed is a rectangle with unusually clean rails. The floor: 10.803 on 30 September, 10.732 on 1 October, 10.764 on 3 October and 10.792 on 5 October — four touches inside seven cents. The ceiling: 11.267 on 2 October, 11.218 on 3 October, 11.141 on 4 October and 11.175 on 5 October. Only the 2 October session left the shelf, flushing to 10.450, and it closed back at 10.800 inside the same candle — a false break, not a breakdown.
The Coil Is Sitting on the 0.618
The impulse from the 9.966 low of 24 September to 12.008 is 2.042 points, +20.5% in three sessions, and retracements of that leg bracket the entire coil: the 0.382 at 11.228 runs through the ceiling, the 0.618 at 10.746 runs through the floor. Seven sessions have stayed inside a 0.48-point bracket between those two levels, which is what accumulation looks like when it refuses to give back an impulse. RSI14 at 49.2 is neutral, the 20-day average at 10.601 sits under price, and ATR14 is 0.700 — 6.22% of spot, so this market still travels 0.7 points on an ordinary day.

Today's Poke Above the Ceiling
The 6 October session has already printed 11.400 — above every high of the coil, and the highest print since the 30 September 11.483 — while holding 11.222, the highest close since the spike itself. That is a first attempt, not a confirmation: the ceiling band runs 11.141 to 11.267 and the gate is 11.483. What has changed is the sequence of closes — 11.125, 11.103, 11.129 and 11.222 — four sessions of higher closes over a flat floor. The rectangle is 0.535 tall, so its count projects 11.802, three thousandths from the 11.799 top of 21 September. A measured move that fills on the previous high is the cleanest version of the level.
The bull case is a daily close above 11.483, the post-spike high. That confirms the rectangle and opens 11.799 / 11.802 — the 21 September top and the pattern's own count in the same place — with 12.008 directly above and the 1.272 extension of the 9.966-12.008 impulse at 12.56 beyond it. The invalidation is a close back under 10.732, because that shelf is the entire pattern and it has already absorbed four tests.
The bear case is a close under 10.732. That activates the rectangle count to 10.197 and puts the 2 October flush at 10.450 on the way, with the 0.786 of the impulse at 10.403 in the same pocket — the two bracket one shelf rather than two. Below it 10.145, the 28 September low, is the next stop, and 9.966 — the last higher low of the whole move — is where the flag reading dies rather than defers. A close above 11.483 cancels the bear read.
